Account settings

  • How do I update my account?

    You can update your account at any point in time. Simply log in to the KodakIt platform and click on the "My Profile" to update your information. By clicking on 'Edit Profile' you can change all of the information you provided to KodakIt when initially signing up.

  • How do I change my password?

    When you log in to your account, under 'My Profile' click 'change password' and you will be prompted to change your password.

  • How do I update my phone number?

    You can update your account information when you like. Simply login and make necessary changes.

  • How do I update my banking information?

    Banking information changes will need to made within your Payoneer account. To update your banking information, you will need to log into your Payoneer and change that information accordingly.

  • How do I change my notification settings?

    To enable or disable your SMS (text) and email notifications, you will need to log on to the KodakIt platform and change these setting within the 'My Profile' tab. Within 'My Profile' you will need to click on 'Edit Profile' to enable or disable these notifications.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Within the 'My Profile' setting in your KodakIt dashboard, you can click on 'Close my account' to deactivate your account.

  • How do I update my contact information?

    Once you log into the KodakIt platform, you can change this information by clicking on 'My Profile' and selecting 'Edit Profile' updating your phone number, email address and notification settings.

  • How do I update my portfolio?

    Once you log into the KodakIt platform, you can change add images to your portfolio by clicking on 'My Profile' and selecting 'Edit Profile' updating your phone number, email address and notification settings.

  • Can I choose a new category, or additional categories to shoot in?

    Once you log into the KodakIt platform, you can change and add images to your portfolio by clicking on 'My Profile' and selecting 'Edit Profile' updating your phone number, email address and notification settings.

  • Can I update my profile information within the mobile app?

    No, we prefer you update your information on the KodakIt platform for now.

 

Availability Settings

  • How do I communicate which days I am available to take jobs?

    Knowing that you are picking up your own freelance jobs and certain season are busier than others, we now let you inform us of your availability. By clicking on 'Availability' within you KodakIt dashboard view, we have broken down the day into two parts allowing you to block out the dates/times you are not available to pick up broadcasted offers. You will be prioritized on the broadcast if you input this information.

  • Is their any advantage to updating my availability?

    Yes, our broadcast will prioritize photographers that have updated this information.
