Scheduled photoshoots

  • Can I contact the customer?

    Yes, photographers may contact customers if they have any questions as they prepare for the shoot.

  • How do I see my upcoming photoshoots?

    Please log onto to your account. You will be able to see all your photoshoots that you have scheduled under 'Orders'.

  • How do I download the creative brief for my photoshoot?

    Log into your account and you'll find your briefs attached to learning modules. In addition, creative briefs will be linked to your photoshoot details.

  • How do I download the shotlist for my photoshoot?

    Once you accept a photoshoot, you will receive a confirmation that includes the photoshoot address and a link to download shot list and the creative brief.

  • Where do I find the address and contact info for my photoshoot?

    You can log into your account and search under scheduled photoshoots.

  • Do I need to confirm the photoshoot with the customer?

    No, you do not.

 

Photoshoot rates

  • Where do I find the rates for my scheduled photoshoots?

    You can log into your account and search under scheduled photoshoots. Here you will find all the details of photoshoot, in addition to rates.

  • How and when do I get paid?

    We pay twice a month. Kodakit will transfer amount due into your bank account.

  • Are the rates always the same?

    No. Rates vary based on photoshoot type, duration, volumes and geographical location.

 

Changing account settings

  • How do I reset my password?

    When you log in to your account, click 'forgot password' and you will be prompted to reset it.

  • Updating account information?

    You can update your account information whenever you like. Simply login and make necessary changes.

  • Updating banking information?

    You can update your bank account information whenever you like. Simply login and make necessary changes. Just remember future payments will be made to the new account your entered.

  • How do I update my phone number?

    You can update your phone number whenever you like. Simply login and make necessary changes. You will receive an sms message with a code confirming the change of your mobile number.

  • How do I update my email?

    You can update your email whenever you like. Simply login and make necessary changes. Just remember all future communication will be sent to your new email.

  • How do I update my portfolio?

    You can update your portfolio whenever you like. Simply login and make necessary changes.

  • Can I choose a new category, or additional categories to shoot in?
